Sound familiar?

Your team is probably already using ChatGPT.

On free and personal ChatGPT plans, conversations can be used to train OpenAI's models unless each user switches it off. A client's tax file number pasted in there is a decision nobody meant to make.

Everyone says AI will change your industry. Nobody says what to do on Monday.

You don't need a strategy deck. You need three or four tasks that take less time next week, set up properly.

You can't afford a mistake with client information.

Confidentiality duties in your professional code don't shrink because your firm is small — and since 1 July 2026, AML/CTF reforms bring more firms under privacy rules.

More about us

We're honest about what AI can't do.

We built and measured an AI system that answers questions about real company financial reports. It does well — and it still gets about one in five multi-step questions wrong. Human experts do better. That's why everything we set up keeps a person reviewing anything that goes to a client, a lender or a regulator.

We're an Australian company with an ABN and a phone number that a person answers.

Common questions

Is free ChatGPT safe to use with client information?

On ChatGPT Free, Plus and Pro, conversations can be used to improve OpenAI's models by default. Each user can switch this off under Settings → Data controls, but it's per person and easy to miss. ChatGPT Business and Enterprise plans don't use your data for training by default. Even on a business plan, you still need clear rules about what may be shared.

My firm turns over less than $3 million. Does the Privacy Act apply to me?

Many small businesses are exempt, but not all. There are exceptions — and since 1 July 2026, firms that become AML/CTF reporting entities must follow the Australian Privacy Principles for information handled for AML/CTF purposes. Your professional code's confidentiality duties apply regardless of size. Removing the small business exemption is also under discussion in the government's next round of privacy reforms. Check your position with your professional body or a lawyer.

Will AI replace my staff?

AI makes certain tasks much cheaper. The firms that do well use the saved time for the work clients actually value — judgement, relationships, getting it right. We help you decide which tasks to automate and which to keep human.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email, you can use what we set up. We do the configuration and train your team.

Do you give legal or compliance advice?

No. We implement technology and point out risks we see, with links to the official guidance. For advice about your specific obligations, speak to your professional body or a lawyer.
